Nature has showered us with incredible boons like biodiversity and natural resources. Their conservation is the need of time. It’s our responsibility to leave this planet in better shape for the future generation.

On this call of nature, The BSGDs’ Nature Club was formed. It aims to generate awareness among the students, faculty and staff about nature and related issues. Nature Club is the coming together of nature lovers, from various departments of our junior college to promote, monitor and execute the environmental and sustainable activities in the society, starting from the college campus.

The Club strives to kindle the enthusiasm of the young, to develop their concern for others, for their community and for the environment. To provide experiences that lead to self-discovery, self-expression and enjoyment which are at once both stimulating and fulfilling.

The Club undertakes activities like new tree plantation, PowerPoint presentations on Ecosystem, field trip activities to orphanages and old age homes, environmental cleanliness, environment education camps and so on.
